At IronPulse Gym, we are dedicated to ensuring that our members are satisfied with their experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your membership or services, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of signing up. After this period, we offer a pro-rated refund based on the remaining term of your membership. Please note that refunds for specific services such as personal training sessions or class bookings will only be provided if cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. For any other inquiries regarding refunds or issues with our services, please contact our customer service team, and we’ll work to resolve your concerns quickly.
